These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of topme.co.in and all programs, guidance, content and events offered by TOPME, a proprietorship firm ("we", "us"), including MEDPATH and NEXT (the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use TOPME

You must be 18 or older to register or pay. Students under 18 may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for the student's use.

2. Registration and accounts

• You agree to give accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
• Access to a program is personal to the registered student and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping any login details confidential.

3. Programs and access

• Each program's content, format, duration and access period are described on its program page at the time of purchase.
• We may update, reorganise or improve content, schedules and mentors to keep programs useful and current, without reducing the core value of what you purchased.
• Live sessions and events are held at the scheduled time. Recordings are provided only where stated on the program page.

4. Pricing and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or exclude applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Their terms may also apply.
• Offer and early-access prices are valid only for the stated period or number of seats.
• Access starts once payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No guarantee of results

TOPME provides education, information and guidance to help students and parents make better-informed decisions. We do not guarantee any admission, seat, rank, marks, scholarship, job or other outcome. Admissions and results depend on official eligibility criteria, rules, cut-offs, seat availability and the decisions of authorities and institutions.

Information about exams, counselling, colleges, fees and cut-offs is based on publicly available sources and may change. Always verify important details with the official authority or institution before acting on them.

7. AI-assisted features

Some Services include AI-generated answers. These are for general guidance, may contain errors and are not a substitute for official information or personal professional advice. Please verify important information before relying on it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download, share, sell or publish program content without written permission.
• Share your access with others or use another person's access.
• Misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the Services.
• Post abusive, unlawful or misleading content in sessions, chats or communities, or harass mentors or other learners.

We may suspend or end access, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in our programs, including text, videos, designs, frameworks, logos and the names TOPME, MEDPATH and NEXT, belongs to TOPME or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use program content for your own learning during your access period.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools, such as payment gateways, video platforms, WhatsApp and official portals. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TOPME is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of admission opportunity, arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program concerned.

You agree to indemnify TOPME against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
